550 participants, 330 on the Business Dating, 2500 meeting requests, significant numbers! The emulation in Lille Grand Palais is tangible and the atmosphere is boiling with Business Partnerships ideas!

 

Adressing how to balance Taste, Nutrition, Cost & Use, the Plenary Session this morning was a must!

The back-and-forth talk between our 6 panelists and the public was stimulating and the hashtag Nutrevent was on fire on Twitter this morning!

FoodMinds, BASF, The Coca-Cola Company, DSM, McCain, Fondazione Edmund Mach ; the profiles complimentarity allowed constructive talks and relevants questions to be raised : “Should food companies, government and consumer organization work more together to improve the diet of the population?”, “Natural does not necessarily mean healthier” , “Transparency of food producers”, “Tackling the emotion angle in changing the behavior of consumers”
