Øystein Sæle is a senior scientist at the Institute of Marine Research (IMR) in Norway and holds a professor II position at the University of Bergen where he is teaching fish nutrition. He has been working with fish nutrition and digestive physiology since 2006, in various species, including salmon. He began his career at the University of Bergen before joining The National Institute for Nutrition and Seafood Research, which has since merged with IMR. In recent years, his focus has been on ensuring optimal fish nutrition using sustainable ingredients.”
