Ingredia Dairy Experts Joanna Moro is a clinical trial specialist for Ingredia since 2021. She works in R&D department, and she is in charge of the development of preclinical and clinical studies for bioactive ingredient to evaluate their efficacy and to better understand their mode of action.
She obtained her PhD in Nutrition Sciences in 2021, during which she worked on the impact of essential amino acid deficiency on protein and energetic metabolism.
